Obama gives phony speech about nuclear proliferation and Germany's Merkel finds out that Russia stole some important major historical piece. Now at least 10 people from Russia,China,and Ukraine were killed at hotel.Russia,China,Ukraine still have nukes,along with Pakistani ISI. Kashmir is always volatile no matter who is controlling area. If for some reason leaders of Russia,China,or Ukraine were involved in this ,the next step would be regime change. Not a bad game being played by Germany's BND and NSA.
