"In order for this university(UH-Manoa) to maintain it's accreditation and its credibility,I think we have to be free to make our own personnel decisions independent of political pressure. In the midst of this process,the university was subjected to political pressure to reverse the decision and to reinstate the Athletic Director (Jim Donovan).
"Of course the pressure was inappropriate. But Greenwood is being paid-overpaid half a million dollars a year-to stand up for the university and represent our (UH faculty) interests. In this situation,she should have refused any attempts to intimidation and gone public with the pressures she was under." UH-Manoa Ethnic Studies Professor Noel Kent in an e-mail interview.

Now it appears that certain Web sites on the internet are turning over voluntarily lists of all those who use that site over to the New York State Attorney General's office.
Also there are copies of the same lists of web site users being sent to the United Nations,since they want to now control what we see here in America.

KOA RIDGE Housing ok,Waianae Valley Fire ok?
Hawaii State Land Use Commission voted 7-0 to allow an initial phase of development on 768 acres being used to grow vegetables and ranching. State Rep Clayton Hee,and Milliani/Waipio/Melemanu Neigborhood Board Chair Richard Poirer are among people suing the State over the approval of Koa Ridge Housing. Castle and Cooke ha seen this before since they got approval two years ago and had it overturned by technicality by state court.
If county rezoning and various permits can be obtained without undue delay Barrett estimated that construction could begin next year leading to first homes being completed in 2014.
Eric Seitz,an attorney representing the Sierra Club and Hee,said his clients will certainly appeal the Koa Ridge decision if commission votes to approve another controversial project called "Ho'opili" in Ewa.
Developer DR Horton's Schuler division proposes 11,750 homes on 1'554 acres of highly productive farm land.
To offset the displacement of farming on the Koa Ridge site primarily by Aloun Farms,Castle and Cooke committed to lease 335 acres near Wahiawa to Aloun,plus an option for an additional 333 acres. Aloun Farms leases 446 acres at the Koa Ridge.
The City Department Planning and Permitting supported Koa Ridge,as did the State of Hawaii Dept, of Agriculture,Office of Planning and Department of Transportion.
One requirement is that Castle and Cooke complete traffic mitigation measures. One piece of mitigation the construction of a new H-2 interchange at Pineapple Road,would have to be completed before occupancy of 1800 homes or 328,000 square get of commercial space.
The conditional approval of the second phase,known as Castle and Cooke Waiawa,was made because much of the infrastructure providing access and utilities to the site relies on uncertain plans for an adjacent 12,000-home project called Waiawa Ridge on land owned by Kamehmeha Schools. Waiwa Ridge is partially permitted ,but a development partnership led by Gentry Homes abandoned the plan in 2009.
Now is this basically live or is this Menorex? Is this just another diversion so that those involved get their fair share then all of a sudden Oahu has more homes then they can sell?
This sounds like somebody's idea of a fantasy or power play to justify things that are already in motion but needs to be slowed down for the sake of more money which Hawaii has been doing for years. More money means all involved get more. But even the newspaper is in on this as an accomplice to another legal fraud. But who wants to lose a job or meal ticket. Obama Resigns
You may or may not have heard that President Obama sign executive orders for Martial Law in USA. Well this dope forgot to initiate these orders so he basically told America that I and Biden quit and the rest of the Executive Branch has no power whatsoever even though most won't care.
The President forgot that unless he comes out and declares Martial Law any piece of paper he wishes to use at a later time is just toilet paper and totally worthless.
This has got to be the most stupidest thing ever done by a US President ever.
Don't expect the media to tell you this because they would openly admit that they play along with this fraud all along.
So since we have no real President in office or on the campaign trail. I Richard C. Eline ask the American people to take temporary control of the US Government until this fraud is removed physically.
Watch Obama go through th emotions knowing all he has to do is shake toilet paper at us and say this is his country. Sorry Mr. President if the People say otherwise you must go . Also why did you just resign your office and that of Vice President Biden by playing with your toilet paper?
Sir your administration is null and void and can not recognize that so do us all a favor. Grow up. Sir you have ceded power of the Executive to say some guy named Richard Eline because you won't declare Martial Law in public,so all this is is just another attempt to control something you gave up already.
Also anything you do can not even be enforced by a null and void branch of US Government,but you are too dumb to see that because no one dares challenge you.
Fine here's the deal: You think you can pull this stunt and I as the People's True representative are telling you to go fuck yourself and get the hell out of my country now!!

The University of Hawaii 's disregard of public and legislative misgivings about a huge increase in salary and costs for the UH-Manoa Chancellor reflects a disturbing tone-deafness to community sensibilities.
The Board of Regents approved hiring Tom Apple from the University of Delaware as Manoa Chancellor for $439,008 a year,$100,000 more than his retiring predecessor Virginia Hinshaw made.
The Regents also gave Hinshaw a 10 month sabbatical worth $287,000 and then a faculty position that pays $292,000 a year.
The big numbers raised eyebrows at a time when Hawaii is digging out of its worst recession ever,Students are absorbing painful tuition hikes an dUnionized UH administration staff are in their fourth year of furloughs and pay cuts.
To put this in perspective in the coming year salaries for Greenwood(UH President),Apple and the sabbatical for Hinshaw will ad up to about $1.2 million to run the two offices.
Former UH-Manoa President Kenneth Mortimer,who did both jobs reasonably ably a little more than a decade ago was paid $167,184 a year.
Can UH seriously argue there's been that big an improvement in fulfilling it mission of educating our children and growing UH as an economic engine for our State?,
